Forgers imitate great works of art and try to sell them for massive amounts of money. To the untrained eye, you would believe it was authentic. If you have the money, you might be tempted to purchase the item. However, if you know what to look for, you know that the forgery is worthless. In the end, the only valuable artwork is the authentic one. It’s the same with our lives. The only right way to live is in an authentic relationship with Jesus. Everything else is a forgery, even if it seems great on the surface.
