Fight For Us

Sometimes in life we need someone to fight for us. Maybe we’re struggling with our finances, and we need someone to help us overcome our debt, set up a budget, and hold us accountable. Maybe we’re struggling at work, and we need a friend who will step up and help us with different tasks or needs. Perhaps we’re struggling with an addiction and just need someone to walk side-by-side with us as we go through counseling. Maybe someone has been saying hateful things about us, and we need someone to step in and make it stop. Thousands of people have heard the cries of orphans or kids in the foster care system. They join in the fight by fostering or adopting. Still others hear stories of veterans locked in depression or the elderly struggling with insurance, and they want to step in and help. This is something we do because we are made in the image of God, and God does this for us. It’s a natural outflow.
