In one of his episodes, YouTube documentarian Peter Santenello tours homeless camps in and around Phoenix. His tour guide is a lady who was formerly homeless and addicted to drugs. She now runs a mission and outreach to the homeless. She discusses being on Subutex and methadone, in and out of rehab, and nothing helping her break her addiction. She is a real-life illustration that no one, not even a homeless drug addict, is outside God’s grace. All can be a candidate for complete transformation leading to evangelism.
