It is always good to have a plan when making a trip. Some people are intense planners—even down to the theoretical minute. Some can float along without details being decided. However, no matter the person, a plan is critical at some point. You need to know where you are going to end up and some details along the way to make sure you are heading in the right direction. In the plan, we’ll need markers to gauge our progress or to evaluate what changes might be made. One of the key components is communication. We will need others to weigh in on the plan too. Others might have wisdom we are overlooking. Still others may have insight we have not considered. We need to talk. Prayer is a key to the plan because it can help us to evaluate the plan and check it from time to time.
