Prayer to Fuel the Fire

The early church shows us that when it came to gathering, prayer was essential. But it wasn’t just something they did—it was something God used to work through them. Imagine a large, outdoor bonfire. As each person arrives, they add some wood to the fire to make it grower larger and burner hotter. Prayer in worship is like adding fuel to a bonfire. Without it, the flame dwindles. With it, the Spirit ignites passion, unity, and mission.
