Filters are wonderful inventions. Consider what coffee would be like if you had to sift through the grounds while drinking it. Engine oil circulates through the motor ensuring the engine is well lubricated; however, it must pass through a filter to ensure nothing mixes with the engine oil. If anything gets past the filter, it could wreck the engine. Most homes have an intake filter for their A/C. This filter is designed to catch dust and debris in the air so they don’t circulate throughout the house. If the filter isn’t in place, it can ruin the A/C. The filter is like the eye of the body. If the filter is bad, then the effect on the equipment could be disastrous.
