At the end of the movie, Mean Girls, the main character, Cady, apologizes to all the people she hurt during the time she was negatively influenced by ‘Mean Girl’, Regina George. Cady came to her new school as a sweet, innocent outsider, wanting to be kind to everyone, but eventually conformed to the high school clique. This should remind us that we are to be transformed and not conformed to the ways of this world. It is a choice to believe that we are a light in this world, in order to expose darkness rather than conform to it.
