Consider the importance of how you are dressed when you are planning to take a trip. If your vehicle breaks down, are you dressed to survive? If you are going to a football game and there’s a chance of rain, do you have a raincoat? So many of the challenges we face in life are unavoidable, but they don’t have to be insurmountable. They don’t have to catch us off guard. We can be prepared to endure them. Following Christ is the same. We are called to be ready to share the good news as we go about our day-to-day activities.
