Biscotti

Biscotti, an Italian cookie frequently enjoyed by plunging it into hot coffee or tea, is harder to make than one might think. It requires two bakes. First, it’s baked in the shape of a thin loaf of bread. Once cool enough to touch, it’s sliced and spread out on its side, then baked a second time. If the baking times are incorrect, the delightful coffee treat becomes extremely hard to eat and enjoy. Consider offering hot chocolate and youth-friendly biscotti to the students while discussing this topic. Remind them that God’s timing is perfect, and he won’t show up late. But if we rush or delay, it might cause problems.
