Credit Score

If you pay off a large debt you’ve accumulated from credit cards, it won’t necessarily erase all your problems. Your debt is paid, but getting a loan for a car or house payment might be incredibly difficult. The debt is gone, but banks won’t trust you because of your credit score.

Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross didn’t just pay our debt, but we now have his imputed righteousness. Meaning, when we come to Christ, he replaces our credit score with his perfect one.
