In her song, “I Forgot That You Existed,” Taylor Swift takes the listener through getting over someone who did them wrong: “It isn’t love, it isn’t hate / It’s just indifference.” While that might work when you are getting back on to the dating scene, it doesn’t work for the church. God has strong words for the lukewarm (Revelation 3:16). We don’t get the luxury of indifference; God calls us to care.
