God’s System of Justice

In some of the states in America, if you commit a felony and are found guilty, you lose your right to vote. It doesn’t matter if two years into your life sentence you repent of what you have done, accept Jesus, and become a completely changed person. For the rest of your life, you cannot vote. God’s system of justice is different. Jesus took the punishment for our sins, and once we trust in him, we are forgiven forever. Not only are we forgiven, but we gain more access to God than we ever dreamed was possible. Your past has no bearing on your present or future standing with God.
