Authentic believers intently observe God’s Word, move to learn the most they can from it, and are changed. This part of living the life of an authentic believer could be associated with our sense of sound. Conduct this experiment on the group: Can young people hear sounds that adults cannot? Discuss why young people can hear the frequencies more profoundly than adults. Compare this observation to a young person’s willingness to remember what they heard and to actively change their ways because of their pliability, as opposed to the rigidity older adults often experience.
