Our Job

Imagine you get hired for a job, you show up, and you have nothing to do. There are no instructions, no one there to tell you anything. You just stand around all day and do nothing. You’d think the employer didn’t know what they were doing. God has prepared work for us to do and has told us what it is we are to do—our job isn’t to sit in church aimlessly but to go out into the world and let others know that there is a God who loves them and there is a place where they belong.
