Power Of Prayer

It’s a Wonderful Life (directed by Frank Capra [Paramount Pictures, 1946]) is a story about the power of prayer. The beginning of the film shows George Bailey’s friends and family in Bedford Falls all praying for him. The result is that an angel is sent to help George, and in the process, his entire worldview is transformed. The conclusion of the movie is the direct consequence of the prayers at the start of the film.
