Returning to His Roots

In Forever My Girl (directed by Bethany Ashton Wolf, LD Entertainment, 2018), Liam Page leaves the small town of St. Augustine, Louisiana—and abandons his bride, Josie Swan, at the altar—to pursue his music career. Eight years later, Liam is a big-time music star, playing sold-out concerts. When he hears that a groomsman at his almost-wedding is killed in a car accident, Liam returns home to find that he has a daughter, Billie, who is now eight years old. Though Liam had forgotten where he came from, after spending time with his daughter and Josie, he chooses to return to his Southern roots and stay in St. Augustine with them.
