The Way

The Disney+ series The Mandalorian (created by Jon Favreau, Lucasfilm, 2019) revolves around the diverse adventures of a stoic bounty hunter who is resolutely devoted to the values of his noble clan. The Mandalorians live by a code of honor. They are committed to their customs and traditions. Such commitment is often communicated through the declaration of their pithy creed: “This is the way.” Similar to how the Mandalorian code of conduct is understood as “the way” to glory for all members of this honorable clan, the process of Jesus should be understood as “the way” to glory for all human beings.
