The reality show Undercover Boss has been on TV for 6 years and while it’s not taken as seriously anymore, the show was an interesting idea for many first tuning in. Senior executives go “undercover” and work as an entry-level employee to get a sense of what employees really think of them and what changes need to happen within the organization.
