Unlikely Hero’s

Rahab is an unlikely hero for the Israelites. If you were to make a list of people who would be pivotal to the victory over Jericho, certainly she would not have made the list. We never assume that the awkward high school kid, Peter Parker, is really Spider-Man. We can be blind to see how God desires to open the hearts of those whom we might view as outsiders to his kingdom, not only for their benefit but for our benefit as the so-called insiders.
