Raymond Reddington (“Red”) is an infamous television character and the villain/hero of The Blacklist (NBC, 2013–present). Reddington is a smart, dangerous career criminal who helps the FBI catch other criminals. Throughout the series it is understood that if “Red” gives you a favor or helps you, there is usually something in it for him. Even in the good that he does, the question “What’s in it for me?” is still there.
