This clip (3:25-7:00) shows a group of three unlikely animal friends in Georgia. Their keeper remarks that these animals are like family
to one another, and that’s what makes their bond so strong. She also adds that she wishes she had as close a friend as they do! These animals are living out the new social term framily, friends who we choose as our family.
God invites us the church to become like a family. When we gather together, are we simply doing it out of obligation? Or, are we coming together as a group of people who genuinely love and care for each other?
