Imagine getting ready to work out and then realizing the gym is closed. Do you just skip working out altogether that day? No! You take your workout outside, or just work out at home, because the act of exercising can be done anywhere; it’s not confined to a location. In a similar way, worship can be done in any place; it is not reserved only for the church house. The Bible says that true worshippers are not be bound by location but worship the Lord “in Spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). We as Christians must remember there is no need to go through the external motions of worship in order to please God.
